Summer look!

 Today I spend the morning gathering natural branch in front of my house from the field.
 To create the Autumn DIY project without spending money!

My Bling Chandelier...

After having bought and received my chandelier from Ebay, I did not like the color of it

Next thing I did,  I purchase some lacquer spray paint in black and started to work

 You can see it better here

 I did the project while our new home was in constructions last summer 

 It took me 4 cans of spray paint and lots of patience ...

  The hard part came when ready to be hang on top of my staircases

 without braking any one of the crystals  from the chandelier ??

My electrician is about 5 foot 6 inches and the ladder was border line big enough 

 to reach my 20 foot ceiling...

After my fiance, myself and one other persons help,
 the electrician was up in the air, holding, screwing, installing

standing from one foot and still with a smile!Ouf...

   My bling bling chandelier was installed after 20 min!!!

Done, Mission accomplished!

 From here you can understand the intensity of my story!

 Voila ...

After looking in my area for chandeliers I was astonish about their cost 

I turn myself to EBay and browse for days

 It is amazing the deals you can find there

from then on, I started to use it more and more, to buy on line.

So far I purchase 8 chandeliers for the prize of 1 in a regular store !

DIY project at home!

Being our first summer at the house
I needed to do something with the all in white entrance area

Starting with some fake flowers purchase at one of the local store

Almost done with this one

 Better with some branch to look similar to the one a side...

 I spray painted some white for a recall of the white flowers

I  add some green foliage and I love the fact of decorating my branch
 whenever the change of seasons 

Voila...
The final look with my pooch Pancho!

I started the project not knowing exactly what would be the final look of the front door

I love this type of project, you can supplement to it or change over times...

Aside from the expense of the fake flowers

You can stick with the natural branch for a fractions of the prize 

Have fun and be creative...

Living Outdoor...

We sow the grass about 5 times, still not nice..

But my roses are beautiful...

 ...I just love summer, and everything you can do at this time of year

 Especially being my first summer with my new home 

Decorating is a pure delight & so much fun to do for improve

One of my favorite room in the house, my closet!!!

This was my first big project to accomplished as a stylist decorator, from the architect plan to the rough material choices, all the tiny details that comes with it when you have your home being built. 

The most fun part when you decorate and you make a closure on your 6 month project, is to see your dream coming true!!! My fiance was a champ to work with and he let me pick out everything that I wanted  almost!
